We grant users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access property inventory. The Vyana Core infrastructure utilizes proprietary logic to assign leads. We reserve the right to revoke access to any entity engaged in heuristic scraping or unauthorized data harvesting.
While DreamHomes implements a multi-stage vetting process for all listed assets, users are advised that the platform acts as an intermediary. Final verification of land titles, diversion status, and statutory compliance remains the sole responsibility of the transacting parties.
The "Matchmaker Engine", the "White Pearl" interface design, and all associated metadata are the exclusive intellectual property of the Firm. Unauthorized reproduction of the UI/UX elements or backend logic will result in immediate legal arbitration under Jabalpur jurisdiction.
In no event shall DreamHomes, its directors, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from property market fluctuations, agent-client disputes, or unforeseen regulatory changes in the real estate sector.
Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be governed by the laws of the State of Madhya Pradesh. Mandatory arbitration shall take place in Jabalpur prior to any formal litigation.
